About the Firm

Montgomery & Hansen, LLP began business in 2003 as Montgomery Law Group, LLP. Though the firm itself is fairly young, our attorneys collectively have decades of experience and have acted as lead counsel on transactions worth billions of dollars.

M&H was founded on the principle that a client's interests are best served by attorneys who focus on a particular area of the law. As other firms have added practice areas indiscriminately (seemingly pursuing growth for growth's sake), we have limited our practice to what we do best-building successful companies.

Being a company builder means many things. It means long, unpredictable hours, a willingness to be "always on" and a tolerance for risk that is unusual in our industry.

But, more than anything, it means a tireless commitment to surrounding our clients with an ever-expanding group of people with complimentary talents and skills. We have been called a "Keiretsu", a "Virtual Incubator" and an "Accelerator". Whatever term is appropriate, it is our ability to connect people that makes Montgomery & Hansen truly special.
