Adam Hooberman Associate Attorney
Adam counsels clients on corporate governance; entity formations; equity, debt, and venture financings; and mergers and acquisitions. Before joining M&H, Adam worked at E. Craig Moody Law, an antitrust law firm, and interned at the Department of Water Resources.
Adam holds a J.D. from the UC Davis School of Law. He participated in the Sutherland Rich Memorial Intellectual Property Moot Court Competition and the California Supreme Court Clinic, where he helped represent clients with cases before the California Supreme Court.
Adam holds a B.S. in Mathematics and Economics from the University of Puget Sound, where he received the Economic Theory Award for demonstrating the greatest mastery of economics in his graduating class.
