Gale facilitates venture capital financings and corporate governance for emerging technology companies, positioning them for mergers, acquisitions and initial public offerings. She has over 20 years of experience as a corporate paralegal.

Prior to joining M&H, Gale worked as a corporate paralegal at Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison, LLP and GCA Law Partners, LLP. She also served as a Senior Account Executive at VCPR, a high tech public relations firm, and spent ten years at Adobe Systems as a Senior Legal Assistant specializing in corporate securities and intellectual properties issues.
