Jackson Wyrick Associate Attorney
Jackson's practice focuses on technology transactions, with an emphasis on intellectual property, licensing, data security, and privacy. He also assists with venture financings and mergers and acquisitions. His clients include private and public companies with products and services in many areas, including software, clean technology, mobile development, networking, hardware, and biotechnology.
Prior to joining Montgomery & Hansen, Jackson held legal positions in-house and with the Electronic Frontier Foundation, where he worked on intellectual property, online free-speech, and privacy litigation and policy.
Jackson holds a J.D. from Duke University School of Law, where he advised high-growth start-ups through the school's Start-Up Ventures Clinic and was an active member of the Law & Entrepreneurship Society. He holds a B.A. in Philosophy and Public Affairs, cum laude, from Claremont McKenna College.
