Sheila has experience in many areas of the law, but most enjoys corporate law and helping to build businesses. She facilitates company formations and venture financings as well as mergers, acquisitions, and other transactions. She also assists companies with corporate governance, and has experience in patent and trademark law.

Sheila worked as a solicitor in Ireland before coming to the U.S. in 2000, where she was admitted to the California Bar in 2002. Before joining M&H, she worked as a contract attorney for Morrison Foerster, and as a corporate paralegal at Gunderson Dettmer.
