Often, our representation of the fund begins with its formation. Typically, this involves structuring and documenting the terms of the fund, including advising the fund on a variety of securities, tax and other regulatory matters.
Once the fund is formed, M&H assists the fund in making portfolio investments. Whether the investment is a simple bridge financing involving only one investor or a complex mezzazine financing involving a multitude of investors, we have the experience and bandwidth necessary to complete the transaction on a timely, professional and cost-effective basis.
