Ann Collins - Associate
Ann advises emerging companies on corporate law matters, especially corporate formation, corporate governance, venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, technology licensing, and employee benefits. She has also represented several venture capital firms in their investments in high-tech start-up companies.
Prior to joining M&H, Ann was an Associate in the Emerging Company Group of Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP, an Associate in the Palo Alto office of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, and a Fulbright Scholar in Taipei, Taiwan. She has also studied in China, Japan, and Korea.
