Miriam dela Cruz - Senior Law Clerk
Miriam joined M&H in 2004 and her practice has been focused on business entity formation, equity and option plan administration, venture capital financings and general corporate maintenance.
Prior to joining M&H, Miriam was a corporate legal assistant at Thoits, Love, Hershberger & McLean in Palo Alto. In addition to Miriam's corporate law experience, she has a background in civil litigation, real estate and bankruptcy and was an intern at the Department of the Prosecuting Attorney in Honolulu, Hawaii. While working full-time at M&H, Miriam attended law school and successfully earned a J.D. in June 2007.
Miriam is currently pursuing an MBA at Golden Gate University's Ageno School of Business.
