Daniel Hansen - Managing Partner
Dan concentrates his practice on corporate and securities law and intellectual property transactions. He represents clients in general corporate representation, debt and equity financings, spin outs, subsidiary formation, licensing, development and distribution agreements, asset sales and mergers and acquisitions. He also has extensive experience in intellectual property litigation and dispute resolution.
Dan represents a number of venture capital funds, angel investor groups, and individual angel investors in formation, membership and investment matters. Dan is one of a few recognized specialists in angel group representation.
Prior to co-founding M&H, Dan was a partner at Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison, LLP in Palo Alto, California where he practiced from 1993 to 2003.
