Sheila Maguire - Associate
Sheila facilitates company formations and venture financings as well as mergers, acquisitions, and other transactions. She also assists companies with corporate governance.
Sheila worked as a solicitor in Ireland before coming to the U.S. in 2000. She has experience in many areas of the law, but most enjoys corporate law and helping to build businesses. Before joining M&H, she worked as a corporate paralegal at Gunderson Dettmer and as a contract attorney for Morrison Foerster. In addition, she has experience in patent and trademark law. Sheila passed the California bar in 2002.
