Aubrie Peralta - Paralegal Clerk
As Montgomery & Hansen's paralegal clerk, Aubrie supports the paralegal team with financings, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate maintenance. She also assists the attorneys with corporate governance projects.
Prior to joining M&H, Aubrie was Legal Assistant for the Law Offices of Maribel Nieto, where she assisted Ms. Nieto with all aspects of her plaintiff's practice.
Aubrie received her B.A. in Paralegal Studies and her Paralegal Certificate from Humphrey's College in Stockton, California.
