Zara Ashtiani - Paralegal Clerk
As Montgomery & Hansen's paralegal clerk, Zara supports the paralegal team with financings, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate maintenance. She also assists the attorneys with corporate governance projects.
Zara also coordinates the firm's myriad events, such as the CEO Roundtable and the SVASE CXO Forum.
Zara holds a B.A. in International Studies from California State University, East Bay. She is currently pursuing her J.D. at Lincoln Law School in San Jose.
