Jazzie assists clients with entity formations, equity and debt financings, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance.
Jazzie received her JD from the UC Davis School of Law. In law school, Jazzie was a member of the Business Law society, Middle Eastern South Asian Law Student Association, and Students Against Mass Incarceration. She also served as an editor for the Environmental Law and Policy Journal. She attended San Jose State University where she graduated with honors in Political Science and completed a minor in Psychology.
