Kim assists clients with entity formations, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and equity and debt financings.
Kim holds a J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law. During law school, Kim participated in the International Business Negotiations Seminar where she negotiated a licensing agreement with a team of attorneys in Tokyo, Japan. Kim was also President of the Mock Trial Team and Secretary of the Student Bar Association. She earned a certificate with honors from High Tech Law Institute for her dedication to the study of corporate law.
