We represent a wide variety of investors in the formation and maintenance of their investment entities and the evaluation, negotiation, and protection of their investments. Our clients include individual investors, angel groups, seed funds, venture funds and secondary funds. We also represent individuals who are joining or leaving general partners and other fund managers.

In our individual investor practice, we represent high net worth individuals such as angel investors, founders and C-level executives, protecting their interests in critical equity-based transactions such as financings, mergers/acquisitions, and executive compensation arrangements.

We also represent buyers and sellers of securities in the secondary markets in transactions that include purchases of private company securities.
