Todd has been practicing domestic and international private fund law for over 25 years. He concentrates his practice on corporate, securities and general business law related to private equity, venture capital, real estate and hedge fund clients. He regularly counsels such funds, as well as funds-of-funds, Small Business Investment Companies, Opportunity Zone funds and other related investment vehicles, in connection with the formation, fundraising, operation and liquidation of such funds and vehicles. Todd also has extensive experience counseling and drafting the legal agreements governing the general partners, investment management companies and special purpose vehicles related to such funds.
Todd also has substantial experience representing funds in connection with the acquisition and disposition of portfolio companies, properties and other assets, and with investments by limited partners and other investors in connection with investments in funds and related investment vehicles.
Prior to joining M&H, Todd was a partner at Polsinelli PC and K&L Gates, LLP, of counsel at Pepper Hamilton LLP and a senior associate at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP.

Tony assists clients with entity formations, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and equity and debt financings. Prior to joining M&H, Tony practiced as a patent agent and an intellectual property litigation associate at boutique law firms.

Erin manages the employment department at M&H LLP and has been practicing law in Silicon Valley since 2005. Erin’s practice focuses on Employment Law and pre-litigation dispute resolution. Kerry has more than 25 years experience in the practice of corporate and securities law including at major U.S. law firms and has been CFO of a NASDAQ listed public company. Kerry’s practice is focused on corporate and securities law and has extensive experience with transactions in which he represents companies and investors in venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, early liquidity transactions, spin-offs and buyouts, recapitalizations, equity offerings and debt transactions.
