Tony assists clients with entity formations, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and equity and debt financings. Prior to joining M&H, Tony practiced as a patent agent and an intellectual property litigation associate at boutique law firms.
Tony holds a J.D. from UCLA School of Law and a B.S. in Civil Engineering from UC Davis. While in law school, Tony worked as a patent clerk at the UCLA Patent Clinic and participated as a finalist in the Lowell Milken Business Venture Competition.
Tony is fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin.
