Elle assists clients throughout the lifecycle of a transaction, including entity formation, equity and debt financings, equity compensation, corporate governance, federal and state securities law compliance, and mergers and acquisitions.
Elle holds a J.D. and M.B.A. from Santa Clara University. While in law school, she served as the Vice President of the Business Law Society, Treasurer of the Environmental Law Society. She also worked as a law clerk for a trusts and estates firm, where she gained experience advising high-net-worth individuals on matters involving business entities, investments, and wealth planning. In addition, she worked with the corporate group of an international law firm in Singapore, gaining experience in cross-border transactional matters.
