We represent fund managers and individual managers in connection with the admission and withdrawal of individual managers, hiring and departure of employees and consultants, issuance of economic interests and transfers of interests in fund and general partner/manager entities.
In addition to representing clients in direct investments, we represent individual and investment fund buyers and sellers of securities in the secondary markets in transactions that include purchases of private company securities, acquisitions of portfolios from private investment and corporate funds, purchases of partnership interests and acquisitions of investment funds.
